While carefully considering your lifestyle and budget, this personal and gratifying development process leads to architectural drawings and the contract phase. Once the design is finalized, and the architectural drawings are approved, construction on your new home begins with a local licensed Bahamian contractor. For custom designed home plans we present the drawings to selected local island builders for current pricing and project feasibility.

The second path we offer is a choice of a traditional or modern cottage designed and built by our team with open plans, large covered porches, and ample windows for sea views and gentle breezes. With this option, most if not all of the details have been carefully considered and selected for you. However, details can be altered and customized to suit your new island lifestyle.
ACQUIRING PROPERTY ON ELEUTHERA
During the creative phase, it’s best to already own land to build on or be in the process of acquiring land. This will allow us to logically address design parameters such as window placement, optimizing sea views, harnessing the seasonal breezes, and preventing excessive solar radiation and glare from entering your home.
